ABOUT US

JD-Electric is a leading manufacturer with XIHARI Test Reports, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 certifications. We specialize in composite insulators (10-500kV), surge arresters, fuse cutouts and end fittings.

JD-Electric possesses an annual production capacity of 2,000,000 composite insulators, covering an area of 42,666.69 square meters, fully equipped production and inspection equipments of high professional standards. Additionally, JD-Electric has achieved self-production of the main raw materials for insulators, including rubber compound, core rods and fittings, so that we can improve quality and reduce cost.

Until now, our products have been used in 20+ provinces in China and 60+ foreign countries (US, UK, FRANCE, ITALY, POLAND, RUSSIA, CHILE, TURKEY, JORDAN, KOREA, INDIA and so on) without any accidents.

HISTORY

1978
- In 1978, "Hejian Guangming Electrical Appliance Factory" was founded, focusing on manufacturing high and low voltage switchgear.
2003
- In 2003, "Cangzhou Hualing Electric Co., Ltd" was established. We ventured into the production of composite insulators for railway, grid, and power stations. In 2013, Hualing acquired the CRCC certification from the National Railway Administration. It has won bids for over 60 national key railway projects, including the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, Beijing-Zhangjiakou Railway, and Lunan High-Speed Railway. In 2019, jointly with Tsinghua University, XIHARI and other institutions, Hualing participated in drafting the current national standard (GB/T 22079-2019) for composite insulators.
2017
- In 2017, "Hebei Jiuding Electric Co., Ltd" was set up to explore the international market. Jiuding also serves as a supplier to the State Grid Corporation of China. JD-Electric aims to become a significant force in the international market. We're looking forward to achieving better development in cooperation with more and more international friends.

Moreover, JD-Electric has managed to produce the main raw materials for insulators, such as rubber compound, core rods and fittings, independently. This enables us to enhance product quality while cutting costs.

To date, our products have been utilized in over 20 provinces across China and more than 60 foreign countries, including the US, UK, France, Italy, Poland, Russia, Chile, Turkey, Jordan, UAE, Korea, India and others, all without any incidents.
